Booking studio space can be done through www.bloomstudiosto.com under our studio tab
Availability, updated booking hours and pricing is included under the online scheduling system
Payments are required in full to confirm booking completion
Bookings start and end within the time slots selected in your booking. If you require extra time to load/unload equipment and set up/take down, please book accordingly
For events please fill out the “contact us” form, or email us at: info@bloomstudiosto.com. Please provide us with the type of event, projected dates, and guest count
An email will be sent to you upon completion of the booking to confirm your date, time and payment. If you have booked and have not received a confirmation email, please email us at: info@thebloomstudiosto.com

We offer one complimentary date change
We do not offer refunds or studio credits
Cancellations must be requested 48 hours prior to your booking in order to reschedule to a new date
Cancellations requested within 48 hours of your booking will be liable for the full value of your confirmed booking

A security code will be sent to your email/phone on the day of your confirmed booking, please enter the code on the keypad at the door to gain access into the studio
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment allowing extra time to park, check-in and head to your booked studio room
Please note that a credit card will be required at the time of booking to hold on file, in the case of any damaged or lost items

Please note that all studios are equipped with cameras as a security measure
A credit card number will be required to hold a $300 security fee in the case of any damages or breaches to studio policies. You will be liable for the full cost of any damages or repairs, should it exceed this amount
The same credit card will be charged for any additional time passed your booking time, or in the case that you have used studio space you had not booked in advance
You must include setup and take down in your booking start and end time. There will be a charge for every 10 minutes exceeding your booking end time
Furniture is to be kept in its place. In the event that furniture or decor must be moved, please ensure to lift and not drag items which will/may cause damage to walls or floors. Please place all items back to its original place prior to leaving the studio
All personal belongings are to be removed from the studio once your booked session is complete. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items which were left behind
If the studio is left untidy or garbage is left behind, there will be a minimum of $50 added to your booking for cleaning fees. Please note glitter and smoke bombs are not permitted in the studio
All active flames must be contained. In the occurrence of a fire, you will find a fire extinguisher located at the bottom of the staircase, next to the exit
Noise must be kept at a reasonable level, and in consideration of other guests during your booking time. If there are any noise complaints, you will be contacted by a Studio Attendant
You will be notified by a Studio Attendant when there is 10 minutes remaining of your booking. The Studio Attendant will also confirm that you are leaving the studio in its original condition
Failure to abide by the terms, conditions and studio rules will result in immediate termination of any future bookings or a potential permanent ban from Bloom Studios

If the room is left untidy at the end of the booking, there will be a $50-100 cleaning fee added to your booking
Please do not wear your outdoor shoes indoors during winter and if so please ensure you have cleaned the bottom of your shoes
Please do not drag big furniture around if it is needed to be moved please pick up the furniture
No open flame, dry ice, sparkers or smoke machines are allowed at the studio. If you absolutely require it for your photo shoot, please email us at email.
If there are damages to the studio including furniture, props, etc, you will be charged for repair or full replacement
All garbage must be put away in the garbage can and tidied during the booked session

Wifi is available in all studios
Please email us in advance should you require access to Wifi

The studio is a pet-friendly environment
Please email info@bloomstudiosto.com prior to your booking to notify us of any furry friends attending
There is an additional fee of $50 added to your booking for pets (per pet)
If the studio is left untidy, there will be a minimum of $50 added to your booking for cleaning fees

A $300 security deposit will be held in the case of any damages or breaches to studio policies.
You will be liable for the full cost of any damages or repairs, should it exceed this amount
